- We guarantee that the animal you receive is healthy to the best of our knowledge. We provide a 14 day healthy guarantee. That being said, these are live animals that may stress during shipping or relocating to a new environment. If you have any concerns about your dragon during these 14 days, contact us immediately. Please communicate early on because time can be crucial to the health of the animal. Do not contact me once you have exhausted all other options or once the animal is either deceased or past the point or saving to suddenly ask for advice or a refund. I do my best to help out in any situation to make sure the animal acclimates well to its new home. It is expected that you have done your research and have the proper set up in place before the dragon has arrived. Improper care/setup will void the guarantee. I reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these actions have not been taken.
- We guarantee live arrival as long as you are there to receive the package when it is first delivered. We ship through Reptiles2you using FedEx. All animals are shipped priority overnight. Should an animal arrive dead, you must let me know within 30 minutes of the fedex time stamp. Please note, I receive an email for every delivery so I always have this information on hand. Pictures or videos must also be provided within the 30 minutes. Failure to do either of those results in a void guarantee.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment if the weather is a problem. The animal’s safety is our first priority. Shipping arrangements will be rescheduled when the weather is better.
- We reserve the right to refuse a sale.
- We try to accurately describe how the dragon looks and also provide genetics, sex, temperament, and any possible flaws/defects such as a nip or scratch. That being said, we do not guarantee color, sex, size, body structure, temperament, or breed-ability/fertility. We reserve the right to withhold parent pictures, but we will provide the genetics of the parents.
- If there is an issue with a dragon where a refund or exchange is requested, it must be done within the first 14 days. Please be aware, shipping is a third party expense. For a refund, the dragon must be shipped back to me. Whether the customer or myself pays the shipping cost depends on the situation and is up to myself to determine. Once the dragon is in my possession, a refund will be given for the price of the animal MINUS the original shipping cost. I typically cover shipping in the price of my dragons, so expect to subtract between $30-$65 just depending on what the cost of shipping to your location was. For an exchange, the dragon must be shipped back to me and the shipping cost for the new dragon will be paid by you. Exchanges will be made for dragons of equal value. If the dragon is of lesser value then I will provide a refund for the difference, and if the dragon is of greater value then the difference must be paid in full before the dragon is shipped. I refuse the right to trade an animal if you followed improper husbandry or quarantine practices. As a breeder I cannot risk exposing my animals to any possible sickness picked up in new location. I will not refund or exchange an animal for reasons other than health so be 100% sure you want and can take care of the animal you chose.
- Holds are subject to my approval and can vary from dragon to dragon. I rarely hold a dragon longer than 2 weeks. I do require a $50 non-refundable deposit which goes towards the full price of the dragon. If you do not pay in full by the date agreed upon, I will post the dragon back up for sale within 24 hours. I understand that things can come up, so if you do have any problems paying then please let me know immediately.
- I do not do pre-payments on dragons.
- We export 4 times a year via Dutch Dragon Imports. It is usually a 1-2 week process in which the animal is no longer under my care. Since I cannot guarantee health or care of an animal that is not in my care for that long, any issues will have to be handled on an individual basis.
- We reserve the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions that we deem necessary.
